About Me

I have worked exclusively in Carnegie House for 30 years, beginning in 1978 when the building was converted to cooperative ownership.

While working with the Sponsor and original builder of Carnegie House, I was involved in the management of the building and sale of apartments.

In 1996 I began my own firm as an independent real estate broker. My personal and intimate knowledge of Carnegie House allows me to offer informed and expert guidance whether you are a Seller or a Purchaser.

I have been so fortunate over my many years in the building. Carnegie House residents have become my second family and I take a very personal approach when dealing with each and every resident - be they past, current or future.

This approach, combined with my on-site presence, has enabled me to sell approximately 75% of the Carnegie House apartments that go to market.
